Getting Your DAJESA Ritual
We keep things streamlined so your hair wellness ritual arrives quickly and with care. Below you'll find how we ship, when to expect your order, and why all purchases are final once they leave our studio.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. At this time we are unable to fulfill international orders or ship to P.O. boxes outside of the U.S.
Processing & Transit Times
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–2 business days.
- Transit typically takes 3–6 business days once the carrier has received your package.
- During peak launches or promotions, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
If you need to update your shipping address after checkout, email us immediately atcontact@dajesa.com. We'll do our best, but address changes can't be guaranteed once an order is in transit.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows delivered but you haven't received the package, please reach out within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. After that window we're limited in what we can do, but we'll always advocate on your behalf.
Final Sale Policy
All DAJESA products are considered final sale once your order has been confirmed. Because of the nature of hair wellness and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds after an order is placed. Please double check your selections and address before completing checkout.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery atcontact@dajesa.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
